Following SEMICON Europa in Munich (November 14 - 17), the Taiwanese delegation led by TAITRA continued their Europe trip to Leuven and Eindhoven.

Ten Taiwanese semiconductor suppliers joined TAITRA's (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) company mission to Europe. Their first stop was Munich: SEMICON Europa, where the delegation had its own booth and a dedicated seminar and matchmaking with European companies (supported by Silicon Europe Worldwide). After that, the delegation continued their tour to visit Silicon Europe's cluster partners DSP Valley in Belgium and High Techn NL in the Netherlands. In both ecoystems, the delegation learned about the cluster organizations and important members including a visit to the known research institutes of imec and TNO. Moreover,SMEs of the regions introduced themselves followed by B2B meetings among the participants.

A similar trip was arranged the year before, when a Taiwanese delegation visited Minalogic and SCS after SEMICON Europa 2016 in Grenoble.
