The World Congress for Information Technology "SMARTaiwan WCIT 2017" will be held from 10 to 13 September in the Taipei World Trade Center of the Taiwan Capital. Established in 1978, this important congress takes place every two years in changing cities on different continents and has become the leading international forum for information technology bringing together prominent figures from the worlds of politics and the IT industry. This year a total of 2,500 visionaries, executives from industry and business, government leaders and academics from 80 countries are expected. WCIT 2017 is an interdisciplinary, international platform, ideal for the initiation of business contacts to domestic and foreign companies and offers international companies investment incentives in the Asia-Pacific region.
