Dr. Eva Langerbeck, Chief Representative and Executive Director German Trade Office in Taipei
Dr Eva Langerbeck is the Chief Representative and Executive Director of the German Trade Office in Taipei. IHK Taipei is the German Trade Office in Taipei, serving as the representative office of the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (AHK) in Taiwan, promoting bilateral trade and economic relations between Germany and Taiwan. With extensive experience in international trade relations, Eva previously held key leadership positions at the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC), where she significantly enhanced trade exchange between Germany and Malaysia.
Dr Langerbeck holds a PhD in Islamic Studies from the Free University of Berlin and has an academic background in research and university teaching. Dr Langerbeck is committed to deepening the economic ties between Germany and Taiwan and strengthening Taiwan's position as a critical hub in the global supply chain.
