First Silicon Europe Business Connection Forum held in Brussels

  • The 1-on-1 prearranged meetings took 30 minutes each. The Business Connection Forum in Brussels allowed up to 12 meetings per person!

The Business Connection Forum in Brussels (BCF) offered participants the opportunity to meet each other during pre-arranged 1-on-1 meetings. It was the first cross-sectoral matchmaking event of its kind organized by Silicon Europe Worldwide and the EEN. More are planned for the following years.

Last Wednesday, on June 28, more then 60 people from various companies, research institutes and other organizations came to Brussels to meet potential clients, cooperation partners and suppliers. The event was organized by the meta-cluster Silicon Europe and the European Enterprise Network (EEN). The matchmaking event was focused on Digital Technologies meeting Applications. In total, more than 125 meetings took place. Participants came from Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands among numerous other European countries. Moreover, several Taiwanese representatives attended as the BCF followed the EU-Taiwan Event on Industry of the Future on June 26 and 27.
